- We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.

Lead Times

What is the lead time for my order?

- Lead times are approximately 30 days after receiving your deposit, depending on color and quantity.

Discounts

Do you offer discounts for orders?

- We strive to offer competitive pricing. However, we occasionally run promotional programs. Additionally, orders exceeding 10,000 square meters may qualify for further discounts. Please contact our sales team for more information.

Free Samples

Can you send me a free sample?

- Absolutely! We encourage you to experience the quality of Getrendy® vinyl flooring firsthand. We can send a few free samples, but please provide your courier account number for shipping.

How long does it take to receive a sample?

- Samples typically arrive within 7 days.

Sample Orders

Can I place a sample order?

- Yes. However, orders below the MOQ may incur additional costs.

Warranty Policy

What is your guarantee policy?

- Our warranty varies depending on product thickness and wear layer:

- Thickness ≥ 5mm, 0.5mm wear layer: 15 years residential use, 5 years commercial use.

- Thickness < 5mm, 0.3mm wear layer: 5 years residential use, 2 years commercial use.

Shipping Methods

What are your shipping methods?

- We recommend ocean freight for cost-effectiveness. However, we can accommodate specific shipping requirements.

- Our factory has a production capacity exceeding 400 containers per month.
